Do you have a restaurant?
We do not have a restaurant for guests or open to the public, however we serve a daily continental breakfast buffet style for guests not associated with a group (partial or full buy-out). This breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am time in our living room/entry space.
Do you have on-site parking?
Self-parking is available on-site and available only for overnight guests.
Do you accept children?
We welcome families with kids at all of our hideaways and we offer connecting rooms and suites as well as bunk bed rooms.
Can guests stay when part of the hotel is booked with a film crew?
This will be subject to availability based on the needs of full or partial buyout groups here for any business needs such as filmmaking.
Can guests watch a film in the on-site theater?
The Dorothy Theater is a unique amenity here and will be subject to availability and can be booked by reservation with our front desk/concierge service team members. There may be dates when post production teams have reserved the theater so it is always possible it will not be available. Please enquire with our guest service team.

Is there a concierge on-site?
We have a guest services team here to welcome you upon arrival and assist with restaurant bookings, golf cart rentals, recommendations on explorations in the area, any special requests for rooms (cribs etc), plus on-site laundry services.
What are the extra taxes/fees charged?
We have no resort fee or other daily fees. Peachtree City Tax of 8%, Georgia State Tax of 7% plus Georgia State Hotel fee of $5.00/day per room or suite. Services like laundry, and golf cart rentals will be charged as requested.
Is there a lifeguard at the pool?
No. Guests must adhere to all rules/restrictions on signage at our pool to ensure their own safety and those of other guests on-site.
Is there staff on-site 24 hours a day?
A team member whether a guest service member, overnight security, housekeeper or manager will always be on-site and reachable for late check-ins or any calls coming from guestrooms to the main reception area.
