The Pizzeria

Our pizzeria is located in our organic garden, allowing the chef to take advantage of the freshest ingredients.  An intimate, casual and strikingly beautiful setting to enjoy a made -to- order pizza showcasing the Italian tradition of a wood burning oven. A proper Napoli style pizza is the preference of Francis Ford Coppola and he ensures the pizza makers are trained to deliver exactly that.
